Seeking Category Head (2-4 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Category Head with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a specific product category within the electrical equipment segment, driving sales, market share, and profitability. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and strategic category management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage product portfolio, including new product introductions, lifecycle management, and rationalization.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure effective execution of category plans.
- Monitor category performance, track key metrics (sales, market share, profitability), and provide regular reports.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate terms to optimize cost and quality.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of the category and take corrective actions as needed.
