Seeking Catering Executive (1-2 Yrs) for a MNC

We are looking for a motivated Catering Executive with 1-2 years of experience and a B.Com degree to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing catering services to ensure high standards of quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction for our employees and guests. This role requires a blend of organizational skills, financial acumen, and a strong understanding of catering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily catering operations, including menu planning, food procurement, preparation, and service.

Ensure adherence to strict food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, FSSAI).

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.

Manage catering budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.

Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently.

Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.

Maintain inventory of catering supplies and equipment.

Ensure smooth execution of catering services for events and regular meals.
