Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Catering Manager / Supervisor to oversee and manage all catering operations at our project site in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree and 2-4 years of experience in managing large-scale catering services, preferably within an industrial or construction environment. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction while managing budgets and staff effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery.
- Supervise a team of kitchen and service staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Maintain strict standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety in the kitchen and dining areas, complying with all relevant regulations.
- Monitor inventory of food supplies and consumables, placing orders as needed and managing stock levels to minimize wastage.
- Develop and manage the catering budget, controlling costs and ensuring profitability.
- Handle client and employee feedback, resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Train and develop catering staff to enhance their skills and performance.
