Seeking Chief Content Officer (CCO) (3-4 Yrs) for a Startup

Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Content Officer (CCO) with 3-4 years of experience, holding a B.Com degree, to join our growing startup in the Business Process Management (BPM) sector in Jaipur. The CCO will be responsible for developing and executing our content strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of content marketing principles and a proven ability to create compelling narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives and target audience needs.

Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of high-quality content across various platforms including website, blog, social media, whitepapers, and case studies.

Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content assets.

Analyze content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure content is consistent with brand messaging and supports overall business goals.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in content marketing and BPM.

Manage freelance writers and external content agencies as needed.
