We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Chief Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our corporate team in Ludhiana. This role requires a unique blend of technical understanding and financial acumen, suitable for an individual with a B.Com background. The Chief Engineer will play a crucial role in overseeing engineering projects, managing budgets, and ensuring operational efficiency within our building material manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various engineering projects.
- Contribute to budget preparation and financial analysis of engineering initiatives.
- Track project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Support in the procurement process for engineering materials and equipment, considering cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare reports on project status, financial performance, and operational metrics.
