Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chief Legal Officer (CLO) with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Bachelor of Management Studies (BBM) degree to join our corporate legal team. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain foundational experience in corporate law within the dynamic medical services sector. The CLO will provide essential support to the senior legal counsel and contribute to the smooth functioning of legal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policy documents relevant to hospital operations.
- Conduct legal research on various healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in India.
- Support the legal team in managing litigation and dispute resolution processes.
- Help maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of legal opinions and advice for internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel and government agencies as needed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
