Seeking Claims Manager (1-2 Yrs) for an Auto Components Leader

Role Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and legally astute Claims Manager with 1-2 years of experience and an LLM degree. This role is crucial for managing and processing various types of claims, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies, and minimizing financial risk for our organization. You will be instrumental in handling disputes, conducting investigations, and providing legal insights related to claims within the auto components industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze insurance claims, product liability claims, and other legal disputes related to our automotive components.

Conduct thorough investigations into the validity and circumstances of claims, gathering necessary evidence and documentation.

Interpret and apply relevant laws, regulations, and contractual terms to claim assessments.

Communicate effectively with internal departments (e.g., legal, engineering, sales) and external parties (e.g., customers, suppliers, legal counsel, regulatory bodies).

Prepare legal documentation, reports, and settlement proposals.

Assist in the negotiation and resolution of claims, aiming for favorable outcomes for the company.

Maintain accurate records of all claims and related activities.
