Seeking Claims Manager (3-5 Yrs) for a MNC

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Claims Manager with 3-5 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the insurance claims process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end claims process, including intake, investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement.

Review and analyze claim forms and supporting documentation to determine coverage and liability.

Liaise with customers, legal counsel, and other relevant parties to gather information and facilitate claim resolution.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Develop and implement strategies to improve claims processing efficiency and reduce loss ratios.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim records and prepare regular reports for management.

Provide guidance and support to junior claims staff.
