We are looking for a motivated and organized Co-Pilot / First Officer / Second Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our project management and operational functions within the architecture and interior design sector. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong analytical and administrative capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of interior design and architectural projects.
Support project managers with scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis relevant to the interior design industry.
Handle administrative tasks to support the operational efficiency of the department.
Contribute to problem-solving and decision-making processes within project teams.
