Seeking Collections (2-4 Yrs) for a Sports Tech Startup

Role Summary:
We are looking for a diligent and analytical Collections Specialist with 2-4 years of experience, holding a B.Tech/B.E. degree, to join our growing team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and reducing outstanding debts, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive relationships with our customers. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our cash flow and financial health.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact customers to follow up on overdue accounts via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers while adhering to company policies.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection activities and customer communications in the CRM system.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and identify potential risks.
- Collaborate with the finance and customer support teams to resolve outstanding issues.
- Prepare regular reports on collection status, aging receivables, and recovery rates for management.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant debt collection laws and regulations.
- Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and suggest improvements in collection processes.
- Leverage your B.Tech/B.E. background to analyze data and propose data-driven solutions for collection challenges.
