Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Communication Trainer with 1-2 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering effective communication training programs to our employees, enhancing their professional and interpersonal skills, particularly within the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules on various communication aspects including verbal, non-verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify communication gaps and tailor training content accordingly.
- Facilitate workshops, role-playing exercises, and group activities to reinforce learning.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to employees to improve their communication effectiveness.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback forms and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in communication training and adult learning.
- Collaborate with HR and departmental managers to align training objectives with business goals.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities.
