Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional first impression.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for executives and teams.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Provide administrative support, such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies.
