This role will involve overseeing various aspects of construction project finances, procurement, and contract management within our IT services and consulting environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and an understanding of project lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial planning and budgeting for construction projects, ensuring alignment with corporate financial policies.
- Manage procurement processes for construction materials, equipment, and services, negotiating favorable terms with vendors.
- Review and analyze construction contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
- Monitor project expenditures against budget, identifying and reporting any variances.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to track project progress and financial performance.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management regarding construction project status.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments to contractors and suppliers.
- Support in risk assessment and mitigation related to project finances and contracts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for all construction-related activities.
