Seeking Costume Designer (1-2 Yrs) for a Public Administration Entity

We are seeking a motivated and creative Costume Designer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of visual aesthetics and project coordination. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and managing costumes for various public outreach programs, ceremonial events, and educational initiatives under the purview of the National Highways Authority of India. You will work closely with event management teams to ensure costumes align with the thematic requirements and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers and event coordinators to understand costume requirements for different initiatives.
• Develop creative costume concepts and designs that are visually appealing and relevant to the event's theme.
• Create detailed sketches and mood boards for costume presentations.
• Source appropriate materials, fabrics, and accessories within budget constraints.
• Oversee the production and tailoring of costumes, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Manage costume inventory and ensure proper storage and maintenance.
• Coordinate fittings and make necessary adjustments to costumes.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders involved in costume design and production.
• Assist in developing and managing the budget for costume-related activities.
