Seeking Crime / Arbitration (3-5 Yrs) for a Corporate

Role Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented professional with a BCA background and 3-5 years of experience to join our corporate legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and resolving legal disputes, with a specific focus on crime and arbitration matters within the printing and publishing sector. This role requires a strong understanding of legal frameworks, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the investigation and preliminary assessment of potential criminal liabilities and compliance issues within the company's operations.

Support the legal team in preparing documentation and evidence for arbitration proceedings and other dispute resolution mechanisms.

Conduct legal research on relevant criminal laws, arbitration acts, and case precedents impacting the publishing industry.

Liaise with internal departments and external counsel to gather information and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Maintain accurate records of legal cases, proceedings, and outcomes.

Assist in drafting legal notices, responses, and settlement agreements under supervision.

Provide support for internal audits and investigations related to fraud, theft, or other criminal activities.
