Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our legal team as a Crime / Arbitration - Other professional with 0-2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will support the legal department in handling various arbitration and dispute resolution matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations within the pharmaceutical sector. This role is crucial for managing and mitigating legal risks for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing ongoing arbitration cases, including document review, evidence gathering, and case preparation.
- Support legal counsel in drafting legal documents such as notices, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
- Conduct legal research on arbitration laws, regulations, and relevant case precedents in India and international jurisdictions.
- Liaise with external legal counsel, arbitrators, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Monitor and report on the progress of arbitration proceedings.
- Help in identifying potential legal disputes and advising on proactive risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all legal case files.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to dispute resolution.
