Role Summary: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Advocacy professional with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a BCA degree and a passion for building strong relationships with our customer base, acting as their voice within the organization and ensuring their needs are met effectively. This role is crucial in fostering customer loyalty and driving positive brand perception within the competitive logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer advocacy programs to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring feedback is collected, analyzed, and acted upon.
- Proactively identify customer needs and pain points, proposing solutions and improvements.
- Monitor customer feedback across various channels (surveys, social media, direct communication) and report insights to management.
- Create and maintain customer success stories and testimonials to showcase value.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align advocacy efforts with business objectives.
- Organize and facilitate customer engagement events and webinars.
- Utilize CRM systems and data analytics to track customer engagement and identify advocacy opportunities.
