Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Debt Recovery Agent with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and recovering outstanding debts, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and contributing to the financial health of our organization. This role requires a proactive approach to collections and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting debtors via phone, email, or in person to discuss outstanding payments.
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements with debtors.
- Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and debtor communications.
- Following up on overdue accounts and ensuring timely resolution.
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies in billing and payment.
- Adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines for debt collection.
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve payment issues.
- Preparing regular reports on collection progress and outstanding debts.
