Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Dentist with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our innovative team. This role is crucial for developing and refining packaging designs that ensure product integrity, safety, and consumer appeal, particularly for products requiring specialized handling and protection. You will leverage your design expertise and understanding of dental material science to create cutting-edge packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop innovative packaging designs for a variety of products, with a focus on those requiring sterile or specialized containment.
- Apply principles of industrial design and material science to create functional, aesthetically pleasing, and safe packaging solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure packaging meets consumer needs and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and manufacturing teams to translate design concepts into viable production designs.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in packaging design, materials, and dental material science.
- Prepare detailed design specifications, prototypes, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure designs comply with all relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
