Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Derrickman with 3-5 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our dynamic team in Guwahati. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Derrick operation, ensuring efficient and safe operations within our food processing plant. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain Derrick equipment ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.
Monitor operational parameters and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the process.
Implement and adhere to all safety regulations and food processing industry best practices.
Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.
Utilize MCA knowledge for data analysis, process optimization, and reporting.
Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance, and inventory.
