Role Summary: We are looking for a talented and motivated Design Engineer with 3-4 years of experience and an M.Sc. degree to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions within the BPO/Call Centre domain. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize process flows and system architectures for BPO operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Design and prototype new tools, functionalities, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed design changes.
Create detailed design documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.
Perform root cause analysis for process-related issues and recommend solutions.
Support the implementation and testing of new designs.
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in BPO and process design.
