Role Summary: We are looking for a Design Manager with 2-3 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing design projects, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and managing design documentation. This role requires a unique blend of creative oversight, project management, and legal acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and legal counsel, to develop innovative and compliant design solutions.
Review design proposals and drawings to ensure they meet project specifications, aesthetic requirements, and legal regulations.
Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, permits, and other legal documents related to design and construction projects.
Conduct legal research and provide guidance on compliance issues related to building codes, environmental regulations, and intellectual property.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of design documentation, including specifications, reports, and presentations.
Identify and mitigate potential design risks and legal challenges.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and relevant legal developments.
