We are seeking a diligent and skilled Desktop Engineer with 2-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, supporting our rapidly growing team in the hospitality tech sector. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and providing technical support to ensure maximum productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
