We are seeking a motivated and analytical Downstream - Other professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Tech degree and have a strong understanding of downstream processing within the beverage industry. This role is crucial in optimizing our production processes and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our final products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze downstream processing parameters to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process optimization techniques to enhance product yield and quality.
- Troubleshoot production issues and develop corrective actions.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to scale up new products and processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports on process performance and recommend strategic changes.
- Assist in the development and validation of new analytical methods.
