Role Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented eCommerce Executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Com degree and a foundational understanding of eCommerce operations within the textile and apparel sector. You will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our online sales channels, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and contributing to the growth of our digital presence in Vijayawada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on various eCommerce platforms (e.g., company website, marketplaces) ensuring accuracy of descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
- Process online orders efficiently, coordinating with logistics and fulfillment teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor website performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders, payments, and product information in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and promotional efforts across all digital channels.
- Stay updated with the latest eCommerce trends, best practices, and competitor activities in the textile and apparel industry.
