We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Economics Teacher to join our team at a leading Multinational Corporation in Jaipur. This role is ideal for an individual with 2-4 years of experience and a strong foundation in economics, preferably with a BBA/BBM degree, who can effectively impart economic principles to our workforce. The primary goal is to enhance understanding of economic concepts relevant to business operations, market dynamics, and financial literacy within the BPO sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging economics training modules tailored to the BPO industry.
Explain core economic theories, microeconomics, macroeconomics, and their practical applications in business decision-making.
Assess learning needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through various assessment methods.
Stay updated with current economic trends and their impact on the global and Indian business environment.
Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees requiring additional assistance with economic concepts.
Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training gaps and develop relevant content.
