Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Electrical / Electronics Engineer with a Doctorate/PhD to join our corporate team. This role is ideal for an individual with 3-4 years of experience looking to contribute to the advancement of electrical and electronic systems within the building materials industry. You will be instrumental in research, development, and implementation of cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct advanced research and development in areas of electrical and electronic engineering relevant to building materials, such as smart building technologies, energy-efficient systems, and integrated electronic components.
Design, prototype, and test new electrical and electronic systems and solutions for building material applications.
Analyze complex electrical and electronic data to identify trends, optimize performance, and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and R&D, to ensure seamless integration of electrical and electronic components.
Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and industry standards in electrical engineering and building materials.
Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
