Seeking Employee Health and Safety Management (1-2 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Employee Health and Safety Management professional with 1-2 years of experience to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the Indian context. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees across our multiple locations, with a primary focus on our Bhubaneshwar operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate workplace accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian health and safety legislation and standards.
- Organize and deliver health and safety training programs to employees.
- Maintain health and safety records and documentation.
- Liaise with external agencies and regulatory bodies as required.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
