Seeking Employee Health and Safety Management (2-3 Yrs) for a Startup

Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Employee Health and Safety Management professional with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic startup team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree. This role is crucial for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.

Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for prevention.

Organize and deliver health and safety training programs for employees.

Maintain accurate records of health and safety documentation, including training, inspections, and incident reports.

Liaise with relevant authorities and external agencies on health and safety matters.

Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety legislation and standards.

Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
