Seeking Employee Health & Safety Trainer (0-1 Yrs) for a Design-focused organization.

Role Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Employee Health & Safety Trainer with 0-1 years of experience, holding a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all employees within our design-focused organization. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering training programs related to health and safety protocols, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules on various health and safety topics, including workplace ergonomics, fire safety, emergency procedures, and hazard identification.
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and identifying potential safety hazards within the workplace.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, assessments, and safety incidents.
- Stay updated with the latest health and safety regulations and best practices relevant to the design industry and Indian labor laws.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization by actively engaging with employees and addressing their safety concerns.
- Support the EHS department in organizing safety drills and awareness campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of safety reports and documentation.
