Seeking Employee Relations - Other (3-5 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations professional with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree to join our team. This role will be instrumental in fostering a positive and productive work environment, managing employee grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and analytical skills to develop innovative solutions for employee engagement and conflict resolution within our fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disputes in a fair and timely manner.
- Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures.
- Advise management on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and performance management.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement in workplace culture.
- Design and facilitate training programs on employee relations best practices for managers and employees.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support organizational development initiatives.
- Utilize design thinking principles to create engaging communication materials and programs that enhance employee experience and morale.
- Manage employee communication channels and ensure transparency in organizational changes.
