Narayana Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a B.Sc degree and 3-5 years of experience for an Engineering & Manufacturing - Other role. The candidate will be instrumental in supporting and improving various manufacturing processes within our medical facilities, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes for medical equipment and supplies.
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to manufacturing equipment and production lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and clinical staff, to gather requirements and provide technical support.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, material usage, and quality data.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Support the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing machinery.
