We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion & Accessories professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our corporate team in Nasik. This role will support the development and implementation of corporate branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with our company's identity and values within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical understanding and aesthetic sensibility, leveraging their B.Tech/B.E. background to innovate in accessory design and procurement for corporate gifting and employee recognition programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design innovative corporate fashion and accessory items that reflect ONGC's brand identity.
- Research and source high-quality materials and suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ethical practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs for corporate gifting, uniforms, and promotional merchandise.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control for all assigned projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fashion and accessory design.
- Analyze technical specifications and production processes to ensure feasibility and quality of designed items.
- Prepare reports and presentations on design concepts, material sourcing, and project progress.
