Seeking Finance Executive (2-3 Yrs) for a Media & Entertainment Corporate

Role Summary:
We are looking for a diligent and analytical Finance Executive with 2-3 years of experience and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree, specializing in corporate or commercial law, to join our finance team in Vadodara. This role will involve supporting various financial operations, with a particular focus on compliance, contractual analysis, and financial legal aspects within the media and entertainment sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze financial contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal and accounting standards.
- Support the finance department in matters related to corporate governance, regulatory filings, and legal compliance.
- Conduct legal research on financial regulations, tax laws, and other relevant legislation impacting the company's operations.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to manage financial risks and provide legal insights on financial transactions.
- Process invoices, payments, and manage accounts payable/receivable with meticulous attention to detail.
- Participate in internal audits and assist in resolving financial discrepancies.
- Stay updated with changes in financial laws and corporate regulations in India.
