Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Fixed Income Dealer with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Com degree to join our dynamic finance team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's fixed income portfolio, executing trades, and ensuring optimal returns while managing risks. This role requires a strong understanding of the Indian bond market and financial instruments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute trades in various fixed income instruments including government securities, corporate bonds, and money market instruments.
- Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and news that may impact fixed income markets.
- Analyze market data and identify trading opportunities to maximize portfolio returns.
- Manage counterparty relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement trading strategies in line with the company's investment objectives and risk appetite.
- Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, market insights, and trade activities for senior management.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of fixed income products and market dynamics.
