Seeking Forklift Operator (3-4 Yrs) for a Corporate

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Forklift Operator with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role requires a unique blend of operational expertise and a foundational understanding of legal and safety compliance, ideally with an LLB background, to ensure adherence to all regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Load and unload goods from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling and stacking to prevent damage.
- Transport materials to and from designated areas within the facility, maintaining organized and accessible storage.
- Conduct daily pre-operation checks of forklifts and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, including receiving, shipping, and internal transfers.
- Assist in inventory counts and stocktaking activities as required.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations and material handling, leveraging understanding from LLB background to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and other team members to achieve operational goals.
