Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive and analytical Fraud Detection / Prevention specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and mitigating fraudulent activities within the organization, particularly focusing on the healthcare and life sciences sector. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, risk assessment, and the ability to implement effective fraud prevention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze transactional data to detect suspicious patterns and anomalies indicative of fraud.
- Develop and implement fraud detection models and rules using various analytical tools and techniques.
- Investigate escalated fraud alerts, gather evidence, and prepare detailed reports on findings.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Legal, Operations) to address identified fraud risks and implement corrective actions.
