Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gastroenterologist with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for advising on the legal and regulatory aspects of our pharmaceutical operations, particularly concerning gastrointestinal product development and market access in India. You will leverage your specialized legal knowledge alongside your understanding of gastroenterology to ensure compliance and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal counsel on all matters related to gastroenterology drug development, clinical trials, and regulatory submissions within India.
- Review and interpret complex legal documents, contracts, and agreements pertinent to the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.
- Advise on intellectual property rights, patent law, and regulatory compliance for gastrointestinal products.
- Collaborate with R&D, medical affairs, and marketing teams to ensure legal and ethical standards are met.
- Stay abreast of evolving healthcare laws, pharmaceutical regulations, and industry best practices in India and globally.
- Assist in developing and implementing legal strategies for product lifecycle management and market expansion.
- Conduct legal due diligence for potential partnerships, acquisitions, and licensing opportunities in the gastroenterology domain.
