Seeking General Surgeon (1-3 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated General Surgeon with 1-3 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. This role is crucial for overseeing health and safety protocols at our live entertainment events, ensuring the well-being of artists, staff, and attendees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of event management principles and a proactive approach to health crisis management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health and safety plans for all live events and entertainment productions.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for potential health hazards.
- Oversee on-site medical teams and ensure adequate medical supplies and equipment are available.
- Provide immediate medical assistance and first aid in case of emergencies.
- Coordinate with local emergency services and hospital facilities for seamless patient transfer when necessary.
- Manage health-related documentation and reporting for all events.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Train event staff on basic first aid and emergency procedures.
