Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and innovative Geoscientist Manager with 2-4 years of experience and a Master of Design (M.Des) degree to join our growing startup in the agrochemical sector. This role will focus on leveraging design thinking and geospatial analysis to optimize our product development and application strategies, contributing to sustainable agricultural practices in India. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between scientific data and user-centered design.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze geospatial data to identify optimal zones for product development, testing, and deployment.
Apply design thinking principles to translate complex geological and environmental data into actionable insights for the R&D and marketing teams.
Develop user-centric strategies for product packaging, application interfaces, and farmer engagement based on geospatial and user research.
Collaborate with agronomists, chemists, and product developers to ensure scientific accuracy and design feasibility.
Create visual representations and prototypes of geological and agricultural insights for clear communication.
Stay updated on emerging geospatial technologies and design trends relevant to the agrochemical industry.
