Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated German Teacher with 3-5 years of experience and an LLM degree to join our multinational healthcare organization in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality German language instruction to our staff, focusing on medical terminology and communication skills relevant to the healthcare sector. This role requires a deep understanding of language pedagogy, cultural nuances, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive German language curricula tailored for healthcare professionals, incorporating medical vocabulary and scenarios.
Conduct engaging and effective German language classes, both online and in-person, for employees at various proficiency levels.
Assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and feedback, providing constructive guidance for improvement.
Utilize advanced linguistic knowledge (LLM) to explain complex grammatical structures and nuances of the German language.
Foster a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages active participation and language practice.
Stay updated with the latest trends in language teaching methodologies and incorporate them into the teaching practice.
Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand specific language training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
