Role Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Hair Stylist / Hairdresser with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a wide range of hairstyling techniques and possess excellent customer service skills. This role does not require a graduation degree.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, perming, and straightening services.
- Shampoo, condition, and blow-dry hair.
- Offer expert advice on hair care, treatments, and product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and salon environment.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
- Ensure client satisfaction and build strong customer relationships.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently.
