Seeking Hand / Neck Surgeon (1-2 Yrs) for a MNC

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Hand / Neck Surgeon with 1-2 years of experience for our operations in Jaipur. This role requires a unique blend of analytical thinking and technical proficiency, ideally with an MCA background, to contribute to our specialized medical support services within the beverage industry. You will be integral in providing expert medical advice and support related to occupational health and safety for our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide specialized medical consultation and treatment for hand and neck-related injuries or conditions affecting employees, ensuring prompt and effective care.
2. Analyze employee health data, particularly concerning musculoskeletal issues in the hand and neck regions, using statistical methods and software. (MCA skill focus)
3. Develop and implement preventative health programs and ergonomic assessments to minimize workplace injuries, especially in manufacturing and operational roles.
4. Collaborate with HR and safety departments to ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
5. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, utilizing electronic health record systems.
6. Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in hand and neck surgery and occupational health.
7. Assist in developing training modules for employees on injury prevention and first aid related to hand and neck issues.
8. Utilize data analysis tools and techniques (leveraging MCA skills) to identify trends and propose evidence-based solutions for workplace health challenges.
