Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated Hardware and Networks - Other professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. This role requires a B.Tech/B.E. degree and a strong understanding of hardware and networking principles within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure high availability.
- Implement and manage network security measures to protect company data.
- Perform regular hardware maintenance and upgrades.
- Provide technical support for network-related issues to end-users.
- Document network configurations and procedures.
- Collaborate with the IT team on network design and implementation projects.
