Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated Safety Officer with 2-3 years of experience in Hazard Identification, Fire Safety Management, and Injury Prevention. This role is crucial for ensuring a safe working environment at our construction sites, particularly in our Jaipur operations. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and a keen eye for detail in implementing safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards, fire risks, and unsafe practices.
Develop and implement comprehensive fire prevention and emergency response plans.
Investigate all accidents, near misses, and occupational injuries to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Deliver safety training programs to site personnel.
Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
