Seeking Head - Client Relations (0-2 Yrs) for a Corporate

Role Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and client-focused individual to join our team as Head - Client Relations. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BBA/BBM degree eager to kickstart their career in the dynamic fitness and wellness industry. You will be instrumental in building and nurturing strong relationships with our corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients, understanding their unique fitness and wellness needs.

Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.

Assist in onboarding new corporate clients and ensuring a seamless transition.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and satisfaction with Cult.fit's offerings.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) to address client queries and requirements effectively.

Gather client feedback and insights to inform service improvements and product development.

Support in organizing client-specific events and wellness initiatives.

Prepare regular reports on client status, engagement levels, and satisfaction metrics.
