Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Head - Client Relations with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. This role requires a strong understanding of client needs and the ability to translate them into actionable strategies. A Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and effectively communicate them to internal departments.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track client interaction and engagement, and report on client health.
- Assist in resolving client issues promptly and efficiently.
- Contribute to developing strategies for client retention and growth.
- Prepare regular reports on client relationship status and performance metrics.
