Seeking Head - Data Science (1-2 Yrs) for a Corporate

Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Head - Data Science with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role will be instrumental in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and enhance customer experience within the travel and tourism domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science principles and a B.Tech/B.E. degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize pricing, personalize recommendations, and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets.
- Build, train, and deploy machine learning models for various applications such as demand forecasting, customer segmentation, and fraud detection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to define data requirements and translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the impact of new features and strategies.
- Monitor model performance and retrain as necessary to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
