Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a small team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
* Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
* Design and implement scalable, secure, and robust software solutions for our banking platform.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver product roadmaps.
* Drive technical decision-making and architectural choices.
* Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
* Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in fintech and banking.
