Seeking Head - HRBP (2-4 Yrs) for a Corporate

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head - HRBP to join our team in Thane, India. This role is crucial in supporting our business objectives by aligning HR strategies with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. This position is suitable for individuals with 2-4 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, holding a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into HR initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support business growth and employee engagement.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Contribute to organizational design and change management efforts.
